So my cast came off on monday and movement is getting better so i will be out again soon to kick all your backsides. Looking forward to it, it has been too long.

yeah mate get ya self down there you know you want to.
my wrist is getting better mate yeah still stiff but the movement is getting better which is all good. once its freed up i will be back on the bike, cant wait
